The Process

At Show Off, we specialize in fully custom costumes built around your unique vision. Prices typically range from $450 to $1,000+ depending on design complexity and sport, with a minimum 4-week production window from final approval to delivery (12+ weeks for complex or high-volume orders).

1. Fill Out the Intake Form Start at showoffinc.com/start-your-order. Share your contact info, a description of what you're looking for, and any inspiration images or sketches. The more specific your vision, the better.

2. Design Consultation After your intake is reviewed, you'll book a virtual design consultation. Come prepared — the goal of this call is to lock in your concept so we can move straight to sketching. Your designer may sketch during this call. No major changes after this point.

3. Sketch & Price Approval We'll create a custom sketch along with a price quote and estimated turnaround time. You're welcome to give feedback before final approval. Once you approve the sketch, production pricing is finalized.

4. Measurements Submit your measurements using our online measurement form. Instructions are provided — no guessing required.

5. Payment & Production After sketch approval and measurements are submitted, we'll collect payment to reserve your production slot and begin manufacturing. Your costume ships upon completion.

Want a faster turnaround? A rush fee of $150 per design is available for 6–8 week delivery, contingent on the design being greenlit within 1 week and final approval + payment received within 2 weeks of intake.
