Minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to begin an order. Balance due on completion before costume is shipped.

Forms of payment accepted: Check, money order, school purchase order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Include name and billing address of cardholder; card number, expiration date, and code. There will be a $20.00 charge for any returned checks. Price subject to change without notice. Refunds by store credit only.

Group orders must contain one contact name, each child’s name with measurements, and one deposit check. Changes or add-ons will be treated as a new order with new delivery date.

Allow 4-8 weeks or longer for delivery, depending on time of year. Rush service is available for a fee, however rush availability is not guaranteed. A change in due date will incur an additional fee. All orders shipped UPS.

Payment in full must accompany for the orders shipping outside the U.S.A. U.S. fund only -- Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. No C.O.D's

Important Measurement Information. See Comprehensive measurement directions for instructions. For best results, please follow measurement instructions very carefully. If you are unsure or this you’re first time ordering, it is highly recommended that you call for specific measurement instructions. It is not necessary to have measurements taken by an outside seamstress. It may be necessary that a few people will have to make slight alterations. Fit and workmanship are guaranteed. Charges will apply for adjustments to new costumes that don’t fit because it is determined that measurements have been taken incorrectly by the customer, children have grown, or measurements have changed. Charges will also apply to any tailoring required due the fact that measurements have been increased by the customer to allow for grow room or if the customer has requested for Show-off to allow for grow room. Any fit issues with costumes must be reported within 30 days to begin arrangements for alterations, after 30 days alteration fees will apply. 

You may have a grow pleat put in any costume with a skirt. Cost is $28.50.

Changes made to costumes after completion, are costs absorbed by customer.

When costume begins to get too small alterations can be made.
