What kind of costumes do you make?
We create twirling, color guard, dance, skating, and many other types of costumes.
Do you make alterations?
Yes—depending on the costume and the changes needed, we can review what is possible and provide a quote. Alterations follow a separate schedule from new costume production and are only accepted during designated non-peak periods, so availability is limited. Please contact us early with photos and details of the requested changes so we can determine whether the alteration can be accommodated.
Are prototypes available?
Yes. We offer prototypes for large teams. Please inquire for more details.
Do you make costumes for boys and men?
Absolutely.
Do you make 3D costumes?
No, we do not. We made a sandwich costume once and it wasn’t for us.
Can I place a rush order?
Rush service is available for a fee, however rush availability is not guaranteed. A change in due date will incur an additional fee.
What are my shipping options?
All orders shipped UPS.
How does payment work?
Once you approve your design, an invoice reflecting the finalized design and price will automatically be sent to your email. Payment can be completed securely online by card or ACH.
No deposit is required before your sketch is created. You’ll have the opportunity to review your custom design, pricing, and estimated timeline before making a financial commitment.
Full payment is required to reserve your production slot and begin manufacturing. Your production timeline begins once design approval, payment, and all required measurements have been received. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or timeline adjustments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Forms of payment accepted: Check, money order, school purchase order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Include name and billing address of cardholder; card number, expiration date, and code. There will be a $20.00 charge for any returned checks. Price subject to change without notice. Refunds by store credit only.
Do you ship outside of the U.S?
Yes, payment in full must accompany for the orders shipping outside the U.S.A. U.S. fund only -- Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. No C.O.D's
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns but guarantee fit and workmanship. If your costume isn’t fitting to your satisfaction, let us know within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, alteration fees will apply.
What if I take my measurements incorrectly?
We highly encourage you to review our measurement instructions and contact us with any questions, as charges will apply for adjustments to new costumes due to incorrect measurements taken, children having grown out of measurements provided, or weight loss.
Do you carry any stock costumes for sale?
No. Every Show Off costume is custom made to order, so we do not maintain an inventory of ready-to-ship costumes. Each piece is designed and created specifically for the individual performer or team.
What are your quantity minimums?
We do not have an order minimum. Whether you need one custom costume or uniforms for an entire team, each order is designed and produced with the same level of care.
Can I reorder a past uniform?
Yes. We can often recreate or adapt a previous Show Off uniform for a returning performer or team. To begin, send us the original client or team name, approximate order year, quantity needed, and any available photos or order details through our reorder form by emailing us directly.
We’ll review the original design, confirm current fabric and trim availability, and provide updated pricing and timing. Please note that materials and dye lots can change over time, and an exact match cannot be guaranteed unless the original uniform is sent to our studio for comparison. New measurements are required for each new wearer before production begins.
