Phone orders taken M-F, 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Central Time. Designers available. Mail, and fax orders accepted.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. Include name and address of cardholder; card number and expiration date. Team order over four (4) costumes -- check or money order only. There will be a $20.00 charge for any returned checks. Price subject to change without notice. Refunds by store credit only.
Group orders must contain one contact name, each child’s name with measurements, and one deposit check. Changes or add-ons will be treated as a new order with new delivery date.
Allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. Rush fees $25.00 extra per costume, $10.00 per costume for group orders, three (3) or more the same, three (3) week delivery. Rush service not always possible. A change in due date will incur an additional fee. All orders shipped UPS.
Payment in full must accompany for the orders shipping outside the U.S.A. U.S. fund only -- Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. No C.O.D's
Important Measurements Information. See Comprehensive measurement directions for instructions. For best results, please follow measurement instructions very carefully. If you are unsure or this you’re first time ordering, it is highly recommended that you call for specific measurement instructions. It is not necessary to have measurements taken by an outside seamstress. It may be necessary that a few people will have to make slight alterations. Fit and workmanship are guaranteed. Charges will apply for adjustments to new costumes that don’t fit because it is determined that measurements have been taken incorrectly by the customer, children have grown, or measurements have changed. Charges will also apply to any tailoring required due the fact that measurements have been increased by the customer to allow for grow room or if the customer has requested for Show-off to allow for grow room. You may have a grow pleat put in any costume with a skirt. Cost is $18.00.
Changes made to costumes after completion, are costs absorbed by customer.
When costume begins to get too small, return suit to us with new measurements and we will alter. Fees are $25.00 and up. Allow three (3) weeks for alteration.
